Support our local football team

How many of us still support the team from the town where we live?

Lots of people support football teams from other towns and cities like Glasgow, Manchester, and Liverpool – even Northampton!

Things to do:

1. Ask your friends and family members which football teams they support – count up their answers and create bar graph to show the answers.

2. Click here to hear a poem about a famous Corby football team – you could write your own poem or limerick about your favourite team. A limerick has 5 lines, like this:

There once was team called United

Who got us all very excited

They won loads of things

Cups, medals and rings

Their best players should have been Knighted!
